3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are initiated via WhatsApp or our website enquiry forms. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from our team.
3.2 Payment
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. Full or partial payment (as communicated at time of booking) is required to confirm a reservation. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Price Accuracy
We strive to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or an amended booking at the correct price.

5. Guest Responsibilities

- Acts or omissions of third-party property hosts or transport providers
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.
