All our listings include WiFi, fully furnished rooms, clean linen, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional services (laundry, chef, airport pickup) are available on request at extra cost.

Minimum stay is generally 1 night, though some properties may have a 2-night minimum on weekends. This is stated on each property listing.

Pets are not permitted in most properties unless specifically noted. Please confirm with our team before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability – contact us in advance.

We accept M-Pesa (paybill and send money), bank transfer (Kenya and international), and debit/credit cards via our secure payment link. Cash payments are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

For stays of 3 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 48 hours before check-in. Shorter stays typically require full payment upfront.

All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. No hidden fees will be added at checkout unless you select optional add-ons (airport pickup, chef services, etc.).

Yes. Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

M-Pesa refunds are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 3–5 business days. Card refunds follow your bank's timeline, typically 5–10 business days.

You need a valid national ID or passport, a valid Kenyan driving licence (or international licence for non-residents), and a refundable security deposit. Minimum age is 23 years.

Basic third-party insurance is included in all car hire rates. Comprehensive cover is available as an optional add-on. We recommend taking comprehensive cover for full peace of mind.

A small service fee (KES 500–1,500 depending on complexity) applies to flight bookings. This covers our research and ticketing work. The fee is disclosed upfront before you commit.
