This Booking Policy applies to all reservations made through Soreli Ke Homes for properties, car hire, flights, and taxi services. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when:
- You receive a written confirmation message (WhatsApp or email) from our team, AND
- The required deposit or full payment has been received and verified
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
2. Rates & Pricing
- All prices displayed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Rates are per night for properties, per day for vehicles, and per booking for flights/taxis
- Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed
- Long-stay discounts (7+ nights) are available on request
3. Payment Terms
- Short stays (1–2 nights): Full payment required at booking
- Stays of 3+ nights: 50% deposit at booking; balance due 48 hours before check-in
- Monthly rentals: First month's payment at booking; subsequent payments on agreed dates
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your reservation
4. Accepted Payment Methods
- M-Pesa (Paybill or Till Number – details shared at booking)
- Bank transfer (Kenyan and international)
- Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card (via secure payment link)
- Cash (Nairobi walk-ins only, by prior arrangement)
5. Guest Requirements
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- Valid ID (national ID or passport) required at check-in
- Number of guests must not exceed the property's stated capacity
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party
6. Check-in / Check-out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability (additional charge may apply)
- Check-in instructions (door codes / host contact) will be shared 24 hours before arrival
7. Property Rules
- No smoking inside the property
- No parties or events without prior written approval
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest
- A refundable security deposit may be required for certain properties

9. Force Majeure
Soreli Ke Homes is not liable for booking failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit where possible.
